Situated in West Wales, Barti Ddu Cleddyfa Fencing is dedicated to coaching, engaging and promoting the dynamic sport of Olympic Fencing (both standing and wheelchair fencing) in a fun and educational way. Based in the small market town of Lampeter (Llanbedr Pont Steffan), Barti Ddu is a community amateur sports club (CASC) and one of Welsh Fencing's most rural clubs.
 
We pride ourselves in providing a personalised fencing experience and catering sessions for all abilities.

We're a grassroots club that specialises in Foil and Sabre fencing, with an eye on branching out into Epee fencing in future. Fencing is a unique and dynamic sport which can vastly improve an individual's reflexes, critical thinking (tactics and strategy), psychology, technique, coordination, speed, explosive strength, and most importantly it's extremely fun. Plus it's exceptionally safe and a great way of meeting new people and unleashing your inner Pirate.
